Anniversary Trip to Chicago

Daddy gave Mama a special anniversary gift this year, a weekend trip to Chicago! I am not really sure of what this place is really about yet but Mama sure was excited. She told me she has never been there and she was going to see lots of buildings, go shopping and eat some good food with Daddy. They flew out on Friday October 8th and came back on Sunday night. Tori recently got her hands on a deck of cards, now she thinks she is big stuff! Notice how she is almost letting go of the ottoman and standing on her own!!

After we went to the pumpkin patch we took Papa and Grandma DeVore to Dirk's for lunch. Mama and Daddy used to go there to have adult beverages before I was born, now we go there as a family to have lunch sometimes :)

Uncle Tristen & Build a Bear

Mama and Auntie Randi took Uncle Tristen and I to Build a Bear Workshop while they were visiting. He picked a bunny rabbit and named it Bobo. I had never been to the bear workshop before so I just watched this time but Mama said maybe next time it will be my turn to pick a bear!

Park Hill High School Homecoming Parade

Mama got off work early on Friday October 1st so we were headed to the park by the high school. When we got to the end of our neighborhood we saw our neighbor friends waiting for the Homecoming Parade to start so we decided to stick around for it too!
