She weighed 8lbs 6ozs and was 18 3/4 inches long



For those of you that don't know who this little beauty belongs to, her Mama and Daddy are our dear friends Jeremy and Kasee Zaerr. They live about 1 mile from us and we are SO excited for Tori and Ady to grow up together, play dolls, house, school, maybe even throw in some sports to make their daddy's happy.



I am sure we will have some fights between them, they will probably grow up thinking that they are real sisters, but a lifelong friend is definitely something to cherish.

Wow..10 weeks

Little Miss Tori is 10 weeks old today. I can't believe how big she is getting! Seems like yesterday I told her Daddy "umm my water just broke" :)

2 month wellness visit

Yesterday we went to see Tori's doctor for her 2 month wellness visit. She did AWESOME considering she had to get 3 shots and an oral vaccination. Mama teared up but no tears fell. All in all we were both big girls during the visit.

Here are the stats:

Head 15.25 inches - 38th percentile
Length 22.25 inches - 32nd percentile
Weight 9lb 12oz - 13th percentile

We still have a tiny baby but she is doing great!!

Missouri Tiger Family

While watching the NCAA Tournament last week, the Gripka's were all decked out in our MU gear. Even though they lost on Friday we had a good 4 days while Bryan took real vacation and Austin was at our house during his spring break.

Thank goodness for our sling

My friend Jenny turned me onto a ring sling long before I had Tori, probably before I even was pregnant! I am sooo thankful for her now that Tori is here and Bryan travels and we have a dog who thinks she needs to go on a walk everyday.

In the past few weeks Tori has really been showing a little personality and smiling a lot more especially at her Daddy...

2 months old

Today Tori is 2 months old! Look how big she is getting!!

Going to school..

In just under 4 weeks Tori will start school..I know you are thinking she is a little young right?? Well Bryan and I decided to enroll her at La Petite Academy, AKA Auntie Shell's school. My Auntie has worked for La Petite for 20 years, all of her children and my brother attended the schools and now Baby Tori is too!

One of Auntie Shelly's work friends gave this onesie and bib to Tori and we modeled it yesterday while we played...and Silly Uncle Jake had to partake in the fun...

On the road again..

Tori, Gigi and Mama went to Iowa on Monday and Tuesday to visit yet more family and friends. Tori had a blast meeting everyone..here is everyone she got to meet!

WOW, that was a lot of people to meet in two days..plus Tori got to visit w/ her Papa Rod, Grandma Karen, Auntie Randi and Uncle Tristan
